M3-Patient Experience: New Reporting, New Dashboard, New Look & Feel

This week, we are delighted to introduce you to the newest version of M3-Patient Experience®.

Some of the new features include an all new, heads-up survey dashboard, streamlined patient experience navigation, and a new upgraded look and feel, designed to make YOUR user experience even better than before.

All New Heads-up Dashboard

The all new heads-up dashboard was designed with our clients in mind. In fact, if you’re an existing M3-Patient Experience customer reading this and contacted us over the last few months with suggestions about what metrics matter the most to you, those metrics are most likely included on the new dashboard.

The heads-up dashboard is client-unique, which means you should see performance metrics relative to YOUR organization’s targets and goals. Immediate information quickly empowers front-line healthcare managers with actionable patient feedback.

Streamlined Navigation

M3’s new reporting navigation links are conveniently located along the left-hand side of the interface.

Names of the links haven’t changed, which means they remain familiar to current subscribers.  This upgrade is a low impact transition despite the breadth of new features and optimizations we’ve implemented.

Now all of the navigation links are always available, ever-present, right there on the left-hand side of your screen.

Finding your way around M3-Patient Experience has never been easier. Toward the bottom of the navigation menu (you may need to scroll down) you’ll find drop-downs for:

Try it out!

We’ve made the new system completely live as a preview available to all M3 subscribers immediately. Subscribers can access the new M3 reporting by first going to your regular M3 login page.

When the M3 login page loads up, click on the “Preview the New M3 Reporting” button.

Next, enter your current M3 user name and password – it will take you right in.

Please drop me an email with your likes, dislikes (we hope you don’t have any dislikes, but if you do, of course we want to know), and any questions you may have regarding the newest version of M3-Patient Experience.

I’d love to hear from you!

We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and your colleagues. Take care and stay safe!
